Step by step: photo to installed

01 — Send a photo. Message the window on WhatsApp at +1 647-656-4042 with a rough width and height. You will normally get a ballpark installed range back within the hour, during business hours.

02 — Free in-home consultation. Hayati brings fabric samples to your home, measures every opening to the millimetre, and writes a firm installed price per window on the spot. No fee, no deposit to book, no obligation.

03 — Custom manufacture. Once you approve, your order goes into production and takes 7–15 business days.

04 — Professional installation. The same person who measured comes back and installs. Most whole-home jobs finish in a single 1–2 hour visit, and we take the packaging with us.

Why a photo is enough for a ballpark

A photo plus an approximate width and height tells us the window type, the frame depth situation, whether an inside or outside mount is likely, and what products are realistic for the room. That is enough for an honest range — not a firm number, and we will always say which it is.

What a photo cannot do is replace measuring. Frames are rarely perfectly square, and a half-inch difference between the top and bottom of an opening changes the mount. That is why the firm price comes at the in-home visit, and why we measure every window ourselves rather than asking you to.

How you see fabric samples without a showroom

We bring the sample books to you. That is genuinely better than a showroom: fabric openness and colour read completely differently under retail lighting than they do on your own south-facing window at 3pm. Holding a 3% and a 5% roller sample against your actual glass settles the decision in about ten seconds.

If you want to narrow things down before the visit, tell us the room and the problem — glare on a TV, a bedroom that gets early sun, a patio door the dog walks past — and we will bring a focused set rather than every book we own.

Where the savings come from

A retail showroom carries rent, fixtures, display inventory, and staff to cover opening hours. That cost sits inside the price of every blind sold through it, and it does not make your blinds fit better.

We carry a van, insurance, tools, and manufacturer relationships instead. There is no franchise fee, no call centre, and no commissioned salesperson between you and the person installing. That is why our installed pricing is published openly on the pricing page rather than revealed after a 'sale' discount off an inflated list price.

You still get the parts that matter: $2M liability insurance, a Certificate of Insurance for condo property managers on request, a five-year workmanship warranty, and the manufacturer's fabric warranty.

What you are actually trusting
