Custom Drapery across the Greater Toronto Area
Custom drapery is made to your window, your ceiling height and your fabric — not trimmed down from a stock size. We supply and install rod-pocket, pinch-pleat, ripple-fold and blackout-lined drapery from our Pickering base across Durham Region, York Region and East Toronto. Hayati measures, orders and hangs every set himself.

Drapery styles we make
The simplest and most affordable header. Fabric gathers directly on the rod — soft, casual, ideal for bedrooms and secondary rooms.

Tailored, evenly spaced pleats sewn into the header. The classic formal look for living and dining rooms.
from $480 installed
Continuous soft S-waves on a track. The most contemporary option and the one we install most in newer GTA homes.

Any header style with a dedicated blackout lining sewn in — genuine darkness plus noticeable insulation at the window.

Pair drapery with motorisation
Wide living-room spans and two-storey windows are the two places a motorised track earns its cost. The same remotes, schedules and hubs run drapery and shades together.

Frequently asked questions
- What fabrics can I choose for custom drapery?
- We carry linen and linen-blend, cotton, faux-silk, velvet, and performance polyester in a wide colour range, plus dedicated blackout linings. Samples come with us to your free in-home consultation so you can see them against your own light.
- Blackout-lined or sheer drapery — which should I choose?
- Sheers soften daylight and keep the view; blackout-lined panels are for bedrooms and media rooms where you want real darkness. Many GTA homes we finish use both on one window: a sheer layer behind, blackout panels in front on a double track.
- Can drapery be motorised?
- Yes. A motorised drapery track adds roughly $350–$650 per opening depending on width, and can be grouped on one remote or scheduled through a hub, exactly like our motorised roller shades.
- What does custom drapery cost installed?
- Installed drapery starts around $320 per window for rod-pocket panels, with pinch-pleat and ripple-fold typically $450–$900 per opening depending on width, fullness and lining. Hardware and installation are included in the quoted price.
- How long does drapery take to make?
- The same 7–15 business days as our blinds, with installation usually completed in a single visit.
